Please Note: Some invitations are not designed to showcase the monogram on the cover page. In such cases, we can use the monogram on the formal invitation page, paper invites (where applicable), and/or the webpage.

All of our wedding invitation videos include a 2 letter monogram. And yes, we give you the graphics file so you can use the monogram with additional decorations and personal projects.

You may choose any 2 letters from 6 pre-designed styles. The image showcases feminine (upper row) and masculine (lower row) styles.

WHAT WILL MY INVITATION LOOK LIKE?
Your invitation will look the same as the demo shown, but with your information, text, and photos (where included) replacing the demo content. If the demo displays an image and you wish to replace it with a details/accommodation page, the formal invitation page will be re-used and its text will be replaced with your new details before transitioning to any additional pages.

CAN I REVISE MY TEXT OR IMAGES?
We offer 2 revisions to text and images before delivery. If you need additional revisions prior to delivery, please purchase the addon service ‘Extra Revisions’. If you need to make a revision after delivery, please purchase the the addon service ‘Take Two.’

LANGUAGE OPTIONS
Invitations can be created in almost any language as long as you provide the text, adhere to our layout guidelines, and can provide feedback or assistance in English or Thai – our spoken languages. Please contact us in advance before making a purchase if you have any doubts.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY INVITATION?
Video Invitations are a digital file. No physical product will be delivered. Once completed, your invitation will be delivered to you by email.

HOW CAN I DELIVER MY INVITATION?
The invitation, which is a video in .mp4 format, can be used on most social media platforms and smartphone messenger apps, including desktop versions of the apps. Messenger apps such as Line, Whatsapp, FB Messenger, and many others are the intended method of delivery. All you need to do is share. However, email delivery is also a favorable delivery platform, as the video can be accessed via phone or computer, and playback on either device is excellent.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
If we have commenced work, sent a digital proof, or delivered the final product, we can not provide you with a refund as the work is a customization service. However, if you contact us by phone or email within 12 hours of purchase, there is a chance we can honor your request.

All invitations created and sold by Emotion Invites are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and may not be resold for any reason. Personal use grants you, the client, the unrestricted right to share and display publicly and personally with your friends, family, and colleagues.

Designs and graphics are the exclusive property of Emotion Invites – All Rights Reserved. Any images, music, or other assets which are not created by Emotion Invites are appropriately licensed for demo purposes and for distribution within derivative works created by Emotion Invites.
